HUGO - Refurbished (limited quantity):
These units have been returned by previous customers who have decided to change their mind or cannot install for their site. These units have been tested and certified by our engineering staff and is guaranteed to perform as new. The following lists are what was checked and the results:
- Inverter functionality: The inverter functions flawlessly with or without temperature sensor or flow sensor.
- Charger: The charging of battery provided from the inverter is at optimized level and does not fluctuate.
- Battery: After a full charge, the battery holds a charge between 12.7-13.6 Vdc.
- Sine Wave: Perfect true sine wave electrical output.
- Enclosure: The enclosure of HUGO is near perfect. Might have minor visible dents or scratches.
- Accessories: Units may be missing the original manual, but it can be downloaded from our website. Some units are missing the hanging brackets. If your unit needed to be mounted but don't have the mounting hardware, please check with us regularly for availability and we will ship the necessary parts if we have them.
- Packaging: The carton packaging may be damaged, and some units will be shipped without the original packaging. But we will make sure each unit is packed properly for transportation.
- Warranty: All units are still valid for 1-year manufacturer's warranty. 3-year extended warranty is available as well.
Customers who purchase refurbished units will be entitled to discounted battery pricing if their battery needs to be replaced within the first 2 years of purchase.
Please let us know if your HUGO will be installed indoors or outdoors after you place the order and we will inspect each unit again before it is shipped. Please also let us know which flow sensor option you'd like and we can try our best to accommodate depending on availability stock.
