Shipping, Returns, Warranty & Privacy

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  In the event of a defective part/product, SPS will send out a replacement part/unit at our expense and issue a call tag for return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of receipt at our company.  You will need to check with your financial institute to determine when your funds would be available.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship to physical addresses located in the continental United States only while the HUGO power supply is equipped with the battery.  There are instances that we can ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories but would ship without the battery due to shipping restrictions. 


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Warranty

SPS warrants the product to be free of defect in workmanship within 12 months of customer purchasing date.  Customer shall retain a copy of the purchasing receipt and submit to SPS prior to requesting warranty service.  Should replacement parts be determined is need, SPS shall send all parts necessary to restore the unit's working order.  Any shipping cost incurred during this warranty will be handled by SPS.

Privacy

We do not share any information with any 3rd party, period.  The only information that will transfer is for processing and shipping your order.
